Location! Location! Location! The one thing we consider when buying a home or a starting a business is location. If you leave far from the town,a lot of places and amenities will not be readily available. You spend more to get your kids to a good school, you have to travel to get good medical care etc but when you live in town, you have them at your fingertips.  If you start a business and you open a shop in a bad location or in a place that inaccessible. You will hardly make a profit. Location is everything! Being at the right place and the right time will prevent you from missing life changing opportunities. December! The Revelation Month December to me is a month of gratitude! Not because i have not been grateful to God throughout the year but because December is like the end of another long journey.
